在土耳其，企业不仅应依法注册、依法经营，还应通过法律手段捍卫权益，解决纠纷。最好长期聘请当地法律顾问，也可在出现纠纷时紧急寻求律师协助。但在土耳其打官司费时长、耗资大，企业对此应有思想准备。
中国企业在土耳其经营遇到困难和问题时，也可请当地政府主管部门协调解决。

中国企业在土耳其开展贸易、投资或工程承包业务之前，应充分做好各方面调研，制订针对各种突发事件的应急预案，尤其是应对恐怖袭击、交通事故、施工事故、劳资纠纷等突发事件的预案。在突发事件发生后，应迅速启动应急预案，及时加以解决。
土耳其中资企业商会根据商务部要求，在驻土耳其大使馆经商参处的推动下，于2010年10月正式成立。中国企业在土耳其遇到的一般性问题，也可向商会寻求帮助。
